Nothing here is for sale
This site exists to describe a product we intend to launch on Kickstarter. There is no checkout, no price, and no order. Signing up to the email list:
- is not a purchase or a pre-order,
- does not reserve a unit or hold a place in a queue,
- does not guarantee any particular price, and
- does not oblige you to buy anything later.
Where we mention early-bird pricing, we mean that people on the list will be told first when the campaign opens. The price itself is set on Kickstarter, and we may change it.
The product is a prototype
The photos and video on this site show a pre-production prototype. It is not a finished product and it is not for sale. Production parts will undergo third-party safety testing to United States children's product rules before anything ships. Specifications, materials, dimensions and appearance may all change before production.
Patent pending
Sip Smart is the subject of a United States provisional patent application filed on 4 September 2026. "Patent pending" describes that filing. It is not a granted patent.
Forward-looking statements
Plans and dates described on this site are intentions, not promises. Launch timing, production timing, features, pricing and availability may all change, and some of them depend on people other than us. We describe things as accurately as we can at the time of writing, and we do not guarantee that every page stays current.
Kickstarter is not us
Our campaign will be hosted on Kickstarter, which is an independent company with its own terms and its own rules about funding, backing and refunds. Backing a project there is a transaction with Kickstarter's platform under Kickstarter's terms, not with this website.
Our content
The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site belong to Innovative Infant. Please do not republish them as your own. Sharing a link is always welcome and is genuinely helpful to us.
No warranty, and limits on liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows us to say so. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How we handle your email address is set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
Changes
We will update this page as the project moves, in particular once a product is actually for sale, and change the date at the top.
